Policies and Procedures
Fall/Winter ~ September 2 - January 24, 2010
No classes Memorial Day, November 24-28, December 21-January 2.
TUITION must be paid in full at the beginning of each semester, or one half at the beginning
and one half in the middle, or by a series of 5 post dated checked dated by the seventh of each month or other
arrangements must be made. Checks should be made out to Yellowstone Ballet School.

Non-Fundable Registration Fee $20 per year
Performance Participation Fee $25 per show
Discounts: 10% discount for siblings. Working scholarships available. Bring in a new student
and receive 10% off your tuition for each month that student continues. Call for tuition discounts for families
effected by the economic downturn. Financial aid available for qualifying students.
Dress Code:
Teddy-Bear, Kinderdancing, Ballet 1 - Capezio ballet pink leather slippers, Capezio pink tights,
pink leotard
Ballet 2 - Pink leotard, pink tights, Capezio pink tights, Capezio or Sansha ballet slippers
Ballet 3 and above - Pink, black, blue, purple, or maroon leotard; pink tights, Capezio or Sansha
pink ballet slippers
Saturday Company Class - Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers, no shorts or skirts
Boys - black tights, leggings, or white socks, white shirt, white or black ballet shoes
Jazz/Tap - tights or leggings, t-shirt or leotard, ballet slippers or tan jazz shoes, tan tap shoes
Hair: Students should arrive at class well groomed with clean uniforms and hair back.
All female students in level 1 and above MUST wear their hair in a secure bun. Any dancer in level 1B
and above who does not have their hair up in a bun may be required to sit out their class.
Please help your child look professional for class.
Withdrawals and Refunds: We require a two month minimum for all lessons. One-month notice from the first
of the month is required to discontinue classes. To withdraw from class a parent or adult student must complete and sign
a Withdrawal Form provided by the school office. All unprocessed checks, dated after the one month notice period,
will be returned at the time of withdrawal or a refund will be given.
Care of Students: The school is not responsible for before or after class care of students.
